The NEW TELUS Value Call Prepaid Long Distance Card features competitive rates – local access of 3.8¢ per minute anytime, to anywhere in Canada or the U.S., and low per-minute rates around the world. Unlike other prepaid cards on the market, there are no connection fees and no hidden charges. It’s the no-hassle card that offers you quality, reliability and savings from TELUS.



	From a touch-tone phone, dial the appropriate local access number or toll-free access number (additional charges apply) listed on the card.

		Local access numbers are currently available in Montreal, Quebec City, Toronto, Hamilton, Ottawa and London. Local access numbers in other cities are to be added soon.

	Follow the prompts to place the call.

		For calls within Canada or the U.S., dial area code + phone number.

		For International calls, dial 011 + country code + city code + phone number

	A series of calls can be placed sequentially:

		Press # to originate another call after the called party has hung up or before the call is answered.

		A maximum of 3 sequence calls is allowed.

Terms and Conditions

1.	Card may be used from touch-tone phones anywhere in Canada and the U.S. to call to more than 200 countries.

2.	An additional charge of 10¢ per minute applies for all calls placed from the U.S.

3.	An additional charge of 50¢ per call applies for calls placed from public telephones.

4.	An additional charge of 3¢ per minute applies for calls placed through the toll-free access number.

5.	Card expires 2 years from manufacture date or 3 months from first use or recharge.

6.	Card is not refundable. There is no refund or replacement for lost or stolen cards, expired cards or unauthorized use.

7.	Rates are subject to change without notice.

8.	Additional charges apply to calls placed to overseas cellular phones.

9.	Usage is based on 1-minute call increments.

10.	Total liability is limited to the value of the card only.

11.	Use of the card indicates you have accepted the terms and conditions of the card.
